For the second year, Wine Of Design is proudly supporting Make Poverty History.
Wine Of Design is a collaboration of Australian icons, winemakers and business to produce a limited edition wine range of six bottles, with all proceeds going to Make Poverty History.
This year’s range features the following artistic collaborations:
* Sass and Bide – half of one of Australia’s most loved fashion brands, Heidi Middleton – with winemaker Mike Aylward’s 2007 Ocean Eight “Aylward” Pinot Noir
* Matt Moran – multi award winning chef – with Steve Webber and Stephen Shelmerdine’s 2008 Phi Pinot Noir
* Nick Littlemore – acclaimed musical artist and founding member of Empire of the Sun and Pnau – with winemaker Dan Buckle’s 2006 Mount Langi Ghiran “Langi” Shiraz
* Anthony Lister – internationally renowned painter and installation artist – with Steve Webber’s 2007 De Bortoli “Melba Reserve”
* Sam La More – globe trotting record producer – with winemaker Andrew Fleming’s 2007 Coldstream Hills Reserve Chardonnay
* Materialbyproduct – design duo Susan Dimasi and Chantal Kirby – with winemaker Mark O’Callaghan’s 2004 Yarra Burn Blanc de Blancs.
There are only 50 of each of the creations, all individually numbered, making them true collector items. Make Poverty History thanks Wine Of Design for their continuing support of the campaign.
